Ginger Cake apple sauce, vanilla ice cream pared with Floc de Gascogne armagnac/grapejuice; “It’s Mua” mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwich pared with Nocino walnut liqueur; and Raspberry Sorbet Stout Float, pared with itself because it’s that awesome.
